Job Summary
SAP NS2 Secure Cloud Support Engineer specializing in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. Deliver core customer support and proactive services for complex environments, including incident handling, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with development teams. Responsibilities include weekend/24x7 support as needed, maintaining SLAs/KPIs, developing product expertise, creating knowledge materials, and participating in innovation projects. Requires 5-8+ years of enterprise application experience, deep knowledge of SuccessFactors EC/Payroll and related solutions (e.g., BSI Tax Factory, SCP-CPI, Workforce Software), programming basics (ABAP, JAVA, .NET), strong debugging/tracing skills, and fluent English. Requires Bachelor or Master’s degree and U.S. citizenship with no visa sponsorship offered. Hybrid work model available in the US (Herndon, VA) with 0-10% travel. Compensation range observed 91,900–199,000 USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent work experience in related field preferred
- 5-8+ years of implementing, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise level applications
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll including mobile
- Experience with SuccessFactors Partner Solutions including BSI Tax Factory, SCP-CPI, Workforce Software, and integrations with SAP products like S4 HANA
- Basic to advanced knowledge in one application/technology area / basic knowledge of at least one other area
- Basic to advanced understanding of business processes within one application/technology area
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as ABAP, JAVA, .NET
- Technical skills - debugging, tracing, verifying complex customizing
- English: Fluent
