Job Summary
Summer internship to support the design, analysis, and implementation of customer-centric capabilities within the SAP Customer Relationship and Billing (CRB) platform as part of ongoing SAP modernization initiatives. The intern will gain exposure to SAP CRB modules (CS, Billing, FICA, Device Management) and help enable improvements in customer service processes, system integration, and digital customer experience. Responsibilities include documenting and analyzing Customer Experience processes, providing functional support across CRB modules, supporting SAP modernization and transformation efforts, understanding data flows between systems, assisting in testing and validation of customer service processes and billing scenarios, and helping create training materials and documentation. Physical co-op location is in Tampa, FL; available as full-time or part-time co-op depending on program.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in an accredited university; undergraduate or graduate program in a related discipline
- Co-op program enrollment (proof required) or intern eligibility if not available
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Basic understanding of Customer Experience processes in utilities; SAP CRB / SAP IS-U modules familiarity
- Interest in AI, automation, and customer experience technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team
- Participate in SAP modernization initiatives (ECC to S/4HANA) and real-time data visibility
