Job Summary
Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP Procurement module to streamline purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory processes. Analyze client needs to develop software solutions that optimize operational efficiency within the Digital Core Modernisation network. Manage supplier relationships and oversee inventory operations while providing training and support for seamless application integration. Mentor team members to develop skills, address conflicts with stakeholders, and uphold professional technical standards. Confirm successful project planning, budgeting, and execution while engaging in difficult conversations to meet client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Ariba and SAP Procurement modules
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive Source to Pay (S2P) transformation
- Excelling in supplier relationship management and spend analysis
- Embracing change and innovation in digital core modernization
- Leading teams with a focus on coaching and feedback
- Developing skills in strategic questioning and intellectual curiosity
