SAP MM Consultant for Application Support and Maintenance

Job Summary
Handle end-user issues and tickets raised via SMT/ITSMD (Service Now) tool while delivering quality work against set KPIs. Prepare solution documentation and take up learning sessions with the team. Execute adhoc activities and tasks as allocated. Leverage hands-on experience in SAP MM business functionalities, including enterprise structure, master data, special procurement processes, outline agreements, release strategies, pricing procedures, and PR/PO cycles. Utilize debugging skills, workflow, and iDocs to support procure-to-pay processes and cross-module integration with logistics and finance. Maintain strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- SAP Experience in Support and rollout projects
- in depth knowledge of Standard SAP-MM business functionalities and procure to pay processes
- Hands on exp. in Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Special Procurement Processes, Outline Agreement, Release strategy, Pricing procedure, PR / PO cycle
- Good understanding in customized business template process
- Fair understanding of cross module integration with regard to logistics (SD and LE) and Finance

- SAP MM and Domain experience
