Job Summary
Lead SAP MM Associate Director responsibilities including driving client interviews, gathering business requirements, and preparing TO BE design documents for S/4HANA implementations. Manage end-to-end project phases from scope and design through build and testing, coordinating with ABAP teams to create BPPs, functional specifications, and test scripts. Configure enterprise structures, master data, procurement processes, and inventory management while overseeing PO pricing procedures, special procurement, and logistics invoice verification. Drive detailed design discussions and cross-geography communications to ensure alignment with S/4 Road Map best practices and industry scenarios. Requires 15+ years of SAP MM consulting experience and 2+ end-to-end implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 13+ years of experience in SAP MM, Source to Pay
- At least 2 end to end implementation in SAP S/4HANA
- Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BPP, functional Specification (FS), co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
- In Depth Configuration Knowledge on MM Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Procurement Process, and Inventory Management
- In Depth Knowledge on Logistics Invoice Verification and Automatic Account Determination Process
- Hands-on Experience on end-to-end MM Configuration
- Experience on PO Pricing Procedure and Inter/Intra Company pricing procedures
- Experience on Special Procurement processes such as Sub-Contract, Third party, Consignment processes
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in S4 Hana implementations and rollouts
- Ability to conduct Client interviews and requirement gathering
- Drive detailed design discussions
- Exposure to S/4 Road Map, Best Practices, and Industry knowledge
- Minimum 2 end to end Implementation experience (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases)
- Ability to gather business requirements & prepare TO BE design documents
- Strong knowledge SAP S/4HANA Material Management and Procurement Domain & Simplification List
- Strong knowledge in Procurement Business scenarios and Processes across different industries and domains
- SAP S4 Sourcing and Procurement (TS450/TS452)
- B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
- 15+ years of SAP MM Consulting experience
