Job Summary
Provide support services to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and design and deliver solutions based on business requirements. Lead tracking and monitoring of change requests, enhancement deadlines, and escalations related to Source-to-Pay platforms, while updating project leadership on activity status. Participate in SAP SRM, MM, and Ariba modules, utilizing expertise in SAP HANA, Plant Maintenance, and Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration to manage large-scale rollouts. This 1-year freelance contract requires 9 AM to 6 PM HKT hours for a remote role within India, offering a daily rate between HKD 400 and HKD 600.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with various S2P platforms, including SAP SRM, SAP MM, Ariba Buying-Invoicing, E-Sourcing, etc.
- Proven experience in managing production support issues and enhancement deadlines
- Expertise in Agile and hybrid software development methodologies
- Experience with large-scale Ariba rollouts globally
