Job Summary
Provide functional and technical expertise across SAP ME and QM platforms while shaping digital manufacturing, quality, and sustainability strategies. Monitor Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing trends to translate insights into actionable architecture, then lead MES and QMS integration with SAP S/4HANA and IoT platforms. Deliver backlog items including change requests, incidents, and problem records, while producing user stories, effort estimates, design documentation, and automation deliverables. Ensure all solutions meet security, architectural, and data governance standards while supporting cross-team initiatives aligned with priorities set by the Product Director.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with SAP PP/PI
- 10+ years of experience with SAP QM
- 10+ years of experience with Legacy MES platforms (e.g., CC+I), including integrations and cross-module development
- Deep knowledge of Manufacturing Execution and Supply Chain processes, KPIs, and value drivers
- Strong configuration, coding, and solution design experience in manufacturing execution and production planning systems
- Working knowledge of sustainability and ESG data management, including Scope 1–3 emissions
- Strong customer orientation with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn, innovate, and adapt
