Job Summary
Optimize, harmonize, and maintain master data for materials by configuring and evolving data models in SAP MDG (MDG-M). Define and maintain data validations, derivations, and governance workflows while executing and supervising material lifecycle processes. Provide functional support and resolve incidents, collaborating with business units and technical teams to ensure correct data integration across SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, QM). Coordinate with various SAP systems to drive data quality and process standardization within a regulated environment. Requires 8+ years of SAP experience, a degree or engineering background, and willingness to relocate to Madrid for a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in SAP environments
- Solid experience in SAP MDG, especially MDG-M (Materials)
- Experience in configuring data models, validations, and derivations
- Experience in defining and maintaining workflows
- Experience in material lifecycle management processes
- Functional support and incident resolution
- Knowledge of integration with SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, QM, etc.)
- Ability to interact with business and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or RISE
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or regulated environments
- Knowledge in SAP MM
- Experience in integrations (IDocs, interfaces, APIs)
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Power BI
- Participation in Data Governance and Data Quality projects
- Disposition to move to Madrid
