Job Summary
Global Operate Manager supports SAP Operate strategy and priorities, partners with GP Operate Champion and global teams to execute and amplify SAP Operate plays, and collaborates across Marketing, Pricing & Economics, Delivery, Assets, Industry, and Sales. Responsibilities include facilitating connections between Operate team members, increasing GP Operate awareness and adoption, supporting GP-specific strategy to grow GP Operate sales and pipeline in priority markets, and contributing to the GP Operate CoE with cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates bring client-facing professional services experience, project delivery and stakeholder engagement skills, and an undergraduate degree in a related field (MBA preferred). The role is fixed-term (12-24 months), remote, with relocation not required or supported, and offers a salary range of $85,000-$156,000.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with client-facing professional services, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategy work
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, technology, organization effectiveness, communications, or a closely related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
