Job Summary
SAP Key User for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process in Berlin, acting as the interface between business functions, Global IT and Global Key User to align IT solutions and processes. Responsibilities include translating functional requirements into technical system requirements, incident management and 2nd level user support, testing of upgrades and enhancements (including UAT), driving the implementation of S/4HANA and other IT tools, documenting business processes and role authorizations, ensuring ticket resolution per SLAs, communicating with internal users and external stakeholders, contributing to automation efforts within O2C, and creating dashboards and reports in Power BI; requires strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA, automation and scripting skills, and good English (German desirable).
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics, Statistics, or Data Science is preferred
- Master’s Degree is considered an asset
- Several years of experience in finance and information technology
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data sets
- Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., MS Power Platform) and data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Knowledge of programming and scripting (coding)
