Job Summary
Intern as SAP iXp Intern – Sales Support Analyst in Prague. Expected to liaise with Account Teams to resolve data inconsistencies across cloud systems, clarify and resolve data conflicts to improve compliance and reduce cost, collaborate with Fulfillment and Provisioning specialists to navigate data dependencies, and learn end-to-end cloud delivery processes. Responsibilities include analyzing data in automated ticketing systems, initiating appropriate actions, communicating options to Account Teams for quick decision-making, transforming data into the appropriate transaction, championing systems and processes, and contributing to a cloud-focused mission to enhance provisioning and fulfillment. The role emphasizes proactive collaboration, learning, and customer-focused recommendations, with engagement limited to internal SAP roles. Requirements include being an active university student, strong English and diagnostic mindset, multitasking, and the need to work from the Prague Office; the team operates across Argentina, Prague, and Germany.
