Job Summary
SAP iXp Intern - CX Cloud Operation, Platform Developer (AIOps) collaborates in building modern cloud platforms with embedded AI-driven capabilities and automation. Work in an Agile/Scrum team distributed across global time zones; translate functional and technical requirements into scalable solutions; design and develop frontend, backend, and DevOps components with a focus on automation and intelligent operations. Contribute to AIOps use cases such as log/metric analysis and anomaly detection, intelligent alerting, and automation of operational workflows. Assist in integrating AI/ML or rule-based intelligence into operational tools and services. Write clean, maintainable code following engineering best practices; develop tests and validation scenarios; debug and improve systems with emphasis on observability and reliability; collaborate on improving DevOps pipelines and cloud-native development practices.
Required Qualifications
- University student
- Programming knowledge: JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or Python
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
