Job Summary
Internship role focused on cash collections activities: manage and follow up on invoices receivable, contact customers to ensure timely payment, create and distribute extrajudicial collection letters, investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, collaborate with internal and external clients, escalate blockers to ensure process fluidity, prepare account statements for clients, monitor standard processes using corporate tools, identify process improvements, respond to billing inquiries, solve problems to support cash flow, and work with a team to develop professional skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently studying a degree on Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or similar (starting or intermediate student -max. two years before ending-)
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or related administration and finance areas is a nice to have, not expected but is considered a plus
- Fluent written and oral English
- High problem-solving capacity
- Accounting knowledge
- Focus on the customer and quality
- High degree of communication and good handling of it (verbal and written)
- Work under pressure, by objectives and oriented to results
- Principles of security and information technology
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Analytical capacity
