Job Summary
Associate Project Manager internship within SAP iXp Internship Experience Program. Role supports SAP Services delivery, reporting to a Senior/Portfolio/Program Manager across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include assisting with delivery of SAP software and services, project coordination and planning, capturing and communicating project metrics, managing revenue backlog, creating and maintaining procedures/manuals, tracking project status, supporting document control, and aiding data management, scheduling, and events coordination. Requires initiative, ability to work in a team and independently, strong analytical and communication skills, and openness to travel. Opportunities include hands-on learning across virtual, in-person, and hybrid sessions, mentorship, and potential extension beyond 6 months. Location: Palo Alto, CA; expected start July 2026; schedule 30/40 hours per week; travel up to 10%. The program emphasizes lifelong learning, customer satisfaction, and building professional relationships within SAP Next Gen and global teams.
Required Qualifications
- University student
- Prefer prior experience involving project coordination or administrative project specialist function
- Must be able to work as a team player
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening
- Willingness to travel
