Job Summary
SAP Italian Payroll Functional Consultant responsible for delivering high-quality consultancy to outsourced clients, providing expert advice, technical support, and problem-solving within the SAP HCM PY domain. The role covers tickets management, functional analysis, customization in SAP PY, system testing, and producing comprehensive technical/functional documentation. Collaboration with Project Manager and PY Team Lead to meet deadlines and ensure delivery excellence, with a solid understanding of HR processes and SAP HR architecture. A senior-level consultant contributing to Strada’s global implementation practice and supporting customers across industries and regions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong SAP HCM PY/Payroll experience
- Experience delivering outsourced SAP HR solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a global implementation environment
- Documentation and communication skills
- Background checks may be required per policy
- Authorization to work in the country of application without visa sponsorship
