Job Summary
SAP IT Tech Lead responsible for the SAP ecosystem's technical health, architecture, and delivery. Lead a team of developers and offshore partners to design, build, and maintain high-quality SAP solutions, drive the transition to S/4HANA and SAP BTP, enforce RAP and CAP, oversee SAP integrations (IDocs, RFCs, REST APIs) and CI/CD practices, mentor ABAP/Fiori developers, and collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical specs. Location is Budapest with a hybrid work model; must guide architectural decisions, upgrades, system refreshes, cloud migrations, and governance of development standards and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP or S/4HANA) are highly preferred
- Experience leading at least one full-cycle S/4HANA conversion or implementation project
