Job Summary
Senior SAP IT Application Liability and Service Manager to lead SAP MedTech/Innovative Medicine ERP service delivery for SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments. Own service level management lifecycle (SLAs/OLAs, monitoring, reporting, reviews, data governance), portfolio management, incident and problem resolution, knowledge management, and continuous service improvement. Collaborate with business partners, developers, and vendors to deliver reliable SAP services, drive automation and AI-enabled capabilities, and support end-to-end supply chain processes. Key focus areas include observability enhancements, proactive issue resolution, and cross-functional transformation within global SAP ERP services; travel up to 10% is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience supporting and administering SAP applications and technologies (ECC, S/4HANA, GTS, CRM, BW, APO, GRC, SAP BusinessObjects, NetWeaver Portal, Process Orchestration, Gateway/Fiori, LVM, Web Dispatcher, HANA)
- Experience with ITIL processes: incident, change, problem, release management
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage global, cross-cultural relationships
- Travel up to 10%, domestic and international
