Job Summary
Develop SAP ISU and CRM systems by analyzing business requirements, configuring modules, and delivering technical solutions for utility sector clients. Execute full implementation projects including requirement gathering, testing, and startup support while independently picking up tasks, thoroughly testing code, and delivering results. Write comprehensive documentation within code blocks and provide real-time solutions to stakeholders, including onsite managers and external users. This role requires 8+ years of experience in SAP ISU/CRM development with a focus on technical and functional aspects, including at least one full implementation project. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills in SAP ISU/CCS CRM functional and configuration aspects, with proficiency in ABAP, OO code, and integration with SAP ERP. The position is on-site in Bangalore with a joining bonus of 1 Lakh.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ISU and CRM development
- Strong focus on both technical and functional aspects
- At least one full implementation project in SAP ISU
- Good programming experience in SAP CRM ABAP
- Good programming experience in SAP CRM Web UI
- Good programming experience in SAP CRM BOL/Genil
- Good to have a S4HANA CM
- Good to have SAP CRM ISU
- Good domain knowledge in utility companies, including electric, gas, water, and waste management providers
- Proficiency in Object-oriented code (OO) with a focus on breaking code into small methods and minimizing code within programs
- Ability to independently pick up tasks, work on them, thoroughly test, and deliver results
- Familiarity with adding comprehensive documentation within code, both before logic blocks and after most lines
- Knowledge and experience in General ABAP and OO code
- Knowledge and experience in ISU and CRM development
- Knowledge and experience in FI (Financials)
- Five or more years of experience in the SAP Module CRM
- Deep understanding of SAP CRM integration with SAP ERP
- Experience in implementation projects, including requirements gathering, SAP CRM configurations, testing, and startup support
- Proficiency in functional analysis and testing, particularly in SAP Portal and SAP CRM
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in providing training, assistance to users (internal/external), and presales support
- In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM Service Module
- In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM Sales & Marketing
- In-depth knowledge of interfaces with ECC
- Understanding of cross-domain functionalities, dependencies, and cause-effect fundamentals
- Familiarity with sales contracts, quotations, sales order document types, item categories, and item category determination
- Transaction settings for various service order processes, including service quotations, service plans, service confirmation, service contracts, and service complaints and returns
- Strong problem-solving skills in SAP ISU/CCS CRM functional and configuration aspects
- Effective Communication Skills: consistently attend meetings, proactively initiate discussions, and facilitate communication among stakeholders
- Effectively handle project-related escalations, provide real-time solutions, and offer support to customers
- Support the development of team members
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in their approach to work and problem-solving
- Navigate ambiguity, embrace change, and adjust their strategies according to cultural nuances
