Job Summary
Configure and support SAP IS-U modules across customer-to-cash processes, including Business Partner, Contract Accounts, metering, billing, and invoicing. Analyze utility business requirements to translate them into SAP configurations and execute unit testing for integration and UAT cycles. Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and functional documentation while assisting with rate and tariff setup. This role involves working on project engagements with leading global clients to deliver scalable utility solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, applying strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues in structured environments.
Required Qualifications
- SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) configuration experience
- Business Partner & Contract Account Management
- Meter Reading (MR)
- Device Management (DM)
- Billing and Invoicing
- Understanding of move-in / move-out processes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- SAP IS-Utilities certification preferred
- SAP FI-CA (basic exposure)
- SAP CRM or SAP CX for Utilities
- IDoc and interface understanding
- SAP ECC or S/4HANA exposure
- Utilities domain knowledge (Electric, Gas, or Water)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Clear communication with business users
- Ability to work in structured project environments
