Job Summary
Analyze, document, and translate utility business requirements for Billing, Invoicing, Device Management, and Customer Service into detailed functional specifications. Design, configure, and implement SAP IS-U solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business objectives. Collaborate with technical teams on ABAP developments, OData services, and system interfaces, while supporting integrations between SAP IS-U and external platforms like CRM and Salesforce. Prepare comprehensive functional documentation, manage data migration activities, and provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases. Recommend architectural improvements to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in SAP implementations within the Utilities industry
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U, particularly Billing & Invoicing and FI-CA
- Proven expertise as a Techno-Functional Consultant, with solid understanding of ABAP (non-HANA)
- Extensive experience in functional analysis, process mapping, solution design, and SAP configuration
- Strong background in SAP testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and UAT testing
- Experience working on system integrations involving SAP IS-U and external platforms
