Job Summary
Initiate and maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders while monitoring system activities daily to handle and resolve incidents. Create functional and technical designs for error corrections, small assignments, and projects, ensuring implemented changes fulfill business needs and comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Coordinate changes and collaborate with other departments to support stable and reliable SAP IS-U solutions across Nordic business units. Master Swedish and English, leveraging in-depth SAP IS-U knowledge and experience in Service Notification, EDM, Device Management, and Market communication processes. Work in interdisciplinary teams within Customer Metering & Settlement Solutions, contributing to quality assurance and coaching colleagues while adhering to security clearance requirements for critical societal infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Swedish and English in both spoken and written format
- in-depth SAP IS-U knowledge
- functional SAP and/or energy market experience since many years
- knowledge and experience within Service Notification/Order
- knowledge and experience within EDM
- knowledge and experience within Device Management
- knowledge and experience within Market communication (EDIEL) and Idoc processes
- knowledge and experience within Web Services
- Functional knowledge and experience related to SAP IS-U e.g. Billing and Invoice processes, Workflow
- Functional knowledge of relevant SAP modules e.g. SD, CRM, ILM
- Technical knowledge i.e. ABAP developer skills including debugging
- knowledge of the Swedish Utility Market
