Job Summary
Initiate and maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders while monitoring system activities daily to handle and resolve incidents. Create functional and technical designs for error corrections, small assignments, and projects, ensuring implemented changes fulfill business needs and comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Coordinate changes and collaborate with other departments to support stable and reliable SAP IS-U solutions for Nordic customer metering and settlement. This role operates within the Customer Metering & Settlement Solutions department, supporting all Nordic business units. The position requires strong communicative skills and proficiency in Swedish and English, alongside in-depth SAP IS-U knowledge.

- Idoc processes knowledge
- Web Services knowledge
- Knowledge of the Swedish Utility Market
- Ability to initiate and maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders
- Ability to monitor system activities on a daily basis
- Ability to handle and resolve incidents
- Ability to create functional/technical design of error corrections, small assignments and projects
- Ability to secure that implemented changes fulfill business needs and are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies / guidelines
- Ability to coordinate changes and collaborate with other departments
- Ability to develop colleagues by proactively coaching and supporting them
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to receive security clearance
- Ability to fill a wartime posting if required
