Job Summary
Architect functional solutions for SAP integrations and develop understanding of the business environment to drive results. Define program goals, align them with organizational strategy, and develop project plans including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget while managing risks and communicating status to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with program management processes and provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management practices and application support. This role supports the agency's workload demands within a 24+ month contract in Baton Rouge, LA.
Required Qualifications
- Architect functional solutions for SAP integrations
- Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results
- Define program goals and objectives, and align them with the organization's strategy
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget
- Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met
- Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards
- Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices
- Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes
- Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes
- Ten (10) plus years of experience and/or relevant experience in the following areas: Project management
- Ten (10) plus years of experience and/or relevant experience in the following areas: SAP Integrations
- Ten (10) plus years of experience and/or relevant experience in the following areas: SAP Public Sector Financials
