Job Summary
Define enterprise-wide integration architecture using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh) and design patterns for S/4HANA, ECC, and non-SAP applications. Establish standards for synchronous/asynchronous integrations, APIs, and message orchestration while driving Clean Core compliant designs. Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, managing roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies. Review technical specifications, ensure adherence to SLAs and security standards, and oversee SIT, UAT, and Go-Live readiness. Provide hands-on leadership on Cloud Integration, API Management, and Event-driven integrations, acting as the single-point owner for business, SAP, and infrastructure teams. Coordinate with external vendors, define monitoring strategies, and lead hypercare support.
Required Qualifications
- SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Mgmt, Event Mesh)
- SAP S/4HANA (On-Prem & Cloud), ECC
- REST, OData, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, EDI
- JSON, XML, XSLT, Groovy scripting
- Integration patterns (Point-to-Point, Hub-Spoke, Event-Driven)
- API-led architecture
- OAuth2, SAML, SSL, Certificates
- Clean Core, Extensibility, and SAP recommended practices
- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation
- Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems
- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
- Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
- Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru, Karnataka
