Job Summary
Support the IBP project team in developing and implementing integrated business planning processes while developing analytics and reporting tools to drive business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze data for improvement recommendations, and assist in preparing presentations for senior management. Develop integration specifications, manage master data cleansing, and provide hypercare support for each project phase. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP IBP, Power BI, and SQL. Hybrid schedule with two days onsite in Mississauga, ON.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SAP IBP, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of integrated business planning processes and methodologies is a plus
- Understanding of applicable computer systems such as: SAP ERP / BW, MS Office Suite
