Job Summary
Consult sales and process optimization for SAP S/4 HANA applications across the full lifecycle, from requirement intake to support and continuous development. Advise sales and customer service teams on optimal process and system solutions, designing and managing end-to-end order-to-cash processes including quotation, order, delivery, and invoicing. Ensure seamless integration between SAP and Salesforce-CRM while executing customizing adjustments in the SAP SD environment. Analyze requirements, develop solution concepts, and lead implementation alongside technical troubleshooting and incident management within IT projects.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im SAP S/4HANA Modul Sales & Distribution (SD) inkl. Customizing
- Erfahrung in SAP-Projekten und im Anforderungsmanagement
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Grundkenntnisse in ABAP-Debugging
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrungen im CRM-Umfeld, Salesforce wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Testmanagement sowie im Incident- und Changemanagement
