SAP Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end SAP ECC implementation for Townley, managing detailed project plans, schedules, risks, and budgets while coordinating resources across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, and Sales. Facilitate workshops to align business processes with Weir's SAP Global Template, oversee master data migration and validation, and manage SIT, UAT, and cutover readiness. Act as primary liaison for stakeholders, driving governance meetings and communicating progress to senior leadership. Partner with change management teams to drive user adoption, coordinate training plans, and manage relationships with SAP partners and system integrators. Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors. This one-year onsite contract in Belleview, FL, supports Weir's mission to deliver sustainable mining solutions through smart, efficient resource management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA implementations in manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
- Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related experience
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, or finance processes
- Familiarity with integrated enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Coupa, Concur, Workday, and MDM platforms
