Job Summary
Lead SAP IBP Response & Supply planning initiatives by executing deployment planning, inter-plant transfers, and capacity optimization within SAP S/4HANA environments. Manage migration concepts from CIF/APO to IBP, conduct integration testing, UAT, and Hypercare support while leveraging Fiori Apps and the Excel Add-in. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, drive functional documentation, and apply expertise in planning operators and heuristics to ensure accurate supply chain strategy. Requires 8+ years of experience with a CTC of ₹22–26 LPA, with on-site availability in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP Response & Supply
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA
- Expertise in Supply Planning, Response Planning, and Capacity Planning
- Knowledge of Planning Operators, Heuristics, and Planning Areas
- Experience with Deployment Planning and Inter-Plant Transfers
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Excel Add-in and Fiori Apps
- Understanding of CIF/APO to IBP migration concepts
- Experience in Integration Testing, UAT, and Hypercare support
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and functional documentation skills
