Job Summary
Develop deep relationships with C-suite executives in high-tech, CPG, and pharmaceutical industries to conduct in-depth business needs assessments and craft tailored value propositions. Lead strategic discussions with VP and CXO-level leaders to shape roadmaps, while designing and implementing innovative SAP IBP solutions aligned with client goals. Collaborate seamlessly with implementation teams to ensure smooth project delivery, support sales efforts in developing winning proposals and RFP responses, and drive market growth through strategic go-to-market initiatives. This role requires a Master's degree, 8-10 years of SAP consulting experience, and willingness to travel 60-70% to meet client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in functional roles within demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and manufacturing at end-customer level
- Deep expertise in SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, e-PPDS, and AATP
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA implementations and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services or Real-Time Integration
- Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience, primarily focused on SAP IBP/APO/ePPDS/AATP
- Successful participation in at least 5 SAP Supply Chain/IBP implementations, with a leadership role in at least 3
- APICS CPIM or CSCP
- SAP IBP
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Willingness to travel up to 60-70% to meet client needs and project demands
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP SD, PP, and MM modules
- Experience leading presales efforts and managing senior-level client relationships
- Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Signavio and greenfield implementation experience
