Job Summary
The SAP HCM Tester will play a critical role in the ECC to S/4 migration project, with responsibilities including supporting the design and development of test scripts and cases, executing manual testing such as UAT and regression testing, and documenting defects. The ideal candidate is an experienced tester with over 4 years of experience in SAP testing, particularly with the SAP HCM module, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills are essential for capturing complex information and collaborating with development teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in SAP software testing
- Experience conducting UAT, SIT, and regression testing in SAP environments
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to review and understand business and functional requirements
- Excellent writing skills for documenting defects and communication
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP HCM module
- Knowledge of test automation
