Job Summary
Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing for SAP HCM solutions across Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. Design and maintain test cases, validate end-to-end processes, and perform integration testing with connected SAP modules and third-party HR systems. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects while supporting business users during UAT and contributing to test planning, risk assessments, and release readiness activities. Ensure compliance with quality standards and validation requirements within regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SAP testing
- at least 3 years focused on SAP HCM
- Hands-on experience testing SAP HCM modules such as: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes and their integration with Payroll and Time Management
- Experience with system, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Ability to create comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and defect reports
- Experience using defect and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP Solution Manager, or similar
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
