SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant (US Payroll)

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end payroll implementation and configuration in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environments, supporting ECC to S/4HANA payroll migration initiatives. Configure payroll systems based on requirements, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot payroll schemas and PCRs. Gather HR business process requirements, document As-Is processes, and design optimized To-Be solutions while mapping processes to SAP modules. Manage integrations with Employee Central, ADP, and finance systems, conducting interface testing and data validation. Develop functional specifications, create test scenarios, and support cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare. Lead smaller teams, manage project risks and timelines, and ensure SLA compliance across global HR transformation projects. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide subject matter expertise on SAP HR and SuccessFactors payroll solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ Years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors payroll experience
- Strong expertise in SAP US Payroll configuration
- Strong expertise in ECC Payroll and S/4HANA payroll migration
- Experience in Personnel Administration (PA) / Organizational Management (OM)
- Experience with at least two end-to-end payroll implementations
- Strong knowledge of US tax forms, year-end payroll activities
- Strong knowledge of Benefits and time management integration
- Strong knowledge of Payroll schemas and PCR troubleshooting
- Experience working with large, distributed project teams
- Strong business process understanding and HR/payroll domain expertise
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E / MBA / MCA or equivalent)
- Minimum 4+ years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors payroll experience
- Strong expertise in SAP US Payroll configuration
- Strong expertise in ECC Payroll and S/4HANA payroll migration
- Experience in Personnel Administration (PA) / Organizational Management (OM)
- Experience with at least two end-to-end payroll implementations
- Strong knowledge of US tax forms, year-end payroll activities
- Strong knowledge of Benefits and time management integration
- Strong knowledge of Payroll schemas and PCR troubleshooting
- Experience working with large, distributed project teams
- Strong business process understanding and HR/payroll domain expertise

- Experience with on-premise payroll systems
