Job Summary
SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to grow your career in HR IT and help modernize payroll solutions for SAP HCM PA/OM, including payroll, master data management, and cloud architecture. You will design processes, configure and implement payroll solutions, and work directly with clients (HR/payroll personnel) to meet business goals. The role involves collaborating with experienced consultants/architects, leveraging analytic, presentation, communication, and organizational skills, and expanding knowledge across SAP HCM PA, OM, and payroll. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM)
- Experience with German payroll is a strong advantage
- University degree
- Willingness for ad-hoc international traveling
- Fluent in Czech and English, German is a strong advantage
- ABAP knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge and/or interest in HR processes and HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM
- Willingness to implement new IT solutions
- Interest in new technology trends and IT solutions
