Job Summary
Conduct on-site workshops with business stakeholders in Ukrainian to gather and validate organizational requirements for SAP HCM implementations. Configure and maintain SAP HCM Organizational Management components, including organizational units, positions, jobs, and relationships with Personnel Administration and Time Management. Translate functional needs into detailed configuration specifications, perform system testing, and collaborate with defense industry consultants to align setups with broader processes. Deliver user training, documentation, and advisory on hierarchy design while ensuring compliance with project standards. Work closely with PMO and technical teams to coordinate delivery and participate in regular status reviews. Requires fluency in Ukrainian and English, availability for on-site work in Kyiv 3-5 days per week, and 3-6 years of SAP HCM experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of SAP HCM experience, with strong focus on Organizational Management (OM)
- Proven experience implementing SAP HR PA/OM/TM on-premise solutions
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HR architecture and integrations
- Demonstrated ability to manage full lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and documentation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both mandatory)
- Availability for on-site work in Kyiv 3-5 days per week
- Russian or Belarusian citizenship not permitted (as per client policy)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with public sector or defense clients
- Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and Capgemini project frameworks
- Background in organizational design, analytics, or HR governance
