Job Summary
Act as the interface between IT and HR, analyzing requirements, identifying optimization potential, and deriving tailored solutions for complex payroll accounting. Configure SAP HCM modules PA and PY, including technical concepts for new payroll types, groups, and rules, while managing special cases and payroll structures as daily operations. Lead HR projects from conception to go-live, overseeing system and integration tests, error analysis, and documentation. Advise on evolving HR-IT landscapes by integrating new technologies like Fiori, ESS/MSS, or SuccessFactors. This role demands multiple years of SAP HCM expertise with a clear focus on Payroll and strong consulting skills to serve as a reliable IT partner for the HR department.
