Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end implementations and support for SAP HCM US Payroll, managing schema/PCR configurations and gross/net payroll setups. Configure Tax Reporter and BSI tax factory, define payroll catalogues including wage types, and handle off-cycle payroll, garnishment management, and third-party remittance. Integrate payroll systems with external platforms like Workday. Requires 5-10 years of total SAP HCM experience with 5+ years in US Payroll implementations. Located in Noida.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP HCM
- 5 Plus years of experience in implementing/supporting SAP HCM US Payroll with minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementations
- Strong expertise in Schema/PCR
- SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll
- Tax Reporter configuration
- Experience with BSI tax factory
- Third party remittance
- Payroll catalogue definition including wage type definition and configuration
- Off cycle payroll definition and processing
- Garnishment definition, reporting and management
- Payroll integration with 3rd party systems such as Workday etc
