Job Summary
Conduct requirement analysis and optimize processes for SAP-HCM solutions, focusing on payroll accounting and time management. Implement new legal and technical requirements through customizing while advising business units on landscape optimization. Ensure cost-effective project execution, particularly around year-end transitions, and provide Level 2 support for ongoing operations. This internal ASAP role requires a degree in economics or computer science, multiple years of SAP-HCM implementation experience, and fluent German. The position offers flat hierarchies, remote work options, and a company car within a successful consulting firm serving mid-market and Top 100 clients.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder der Betriebswirtschaft bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Beratungs- und/oder Projekterfahrung bei der Konzeption und Implementierung von SAP-HCM-Lösungen mit den Schwerpunktthemen Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft
- Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
