Conduct SAP HCM consulting with a focus on personnel processes, including analysis, optimization, and implementation of client-specific HR workflows. Create technical concepts, lead workshops, and coordinate closely with stakeholders while supporting customization tasks within the SAP HCM system. Leverage multi-year experience in modules such as PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS to deliver solutions for innovative German enterprises. Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP HCM Berater/in in einem oder mehreren Modulen (z. B. PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)
- Fundiertes Verständnis von HR-Prozessen und deren Abbildung im SAP-System
- Erfahrung im Customizing innerhalb von SAP HCM
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse im Cloud-Umfeld (z. B. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP)
