Job Summary
Lead SAP HANA Sidecar remediation architecture initiatives and manage SLT-based replication across Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers. Refactor embedded business logic in Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial domains while optimizing execution plans, join pruning, and push-down filters. Work on Native HANA Views, SQL Script Stored Procedures, and Table Functions to drive performance improvements. Lead offshore agile HANA development teams with strong expertise in S/4HANA data models.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA Development
- Expertise in S/4HANA data model simplifications
- Experience with Native HANA Views and SQL Script
- Knowledge of SAP Sidecar architectures and SLT replication
- Strong performance tuning and optimization experience
- Leadership experience
- Deep analytical skills
- Expertise in integrating SAP and non-SAP analytics ecosystems
