Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project delivery for SAP HANA ADM initiatives, managing release and deployment cycles alongside incident, change, and problem operations under ITIL frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute both Agile and Waterfall methodologies while overseeing risk, timeline, and budget management. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of enterprise projects through strong client handling and communication skills. Manage SAP S/4HANA and SAP Basis environments to drive successful application operations and project outcomes.
