Job Summary
Lead SAP compliance and security consulting services by analyzing client requirements, implementing tailored security solutions, and providing strategic advisement to ensure regulatory adherence. Manage client relationships while coaching teams to solve complex problems, applying systems thinking to identify underlying issues and opportunities. Direct teams through challenging situations with sound judgment, validate outcomes with clients, and craft impactful messages to deliver on holistic service delivery. Work within the Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice to help clients mitigate risks and achieve strategic goals. Up to 40% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
- Up to 40% travel

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for advanced data analytics
- Leading compliance program development and implementation
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and challenges
- Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations
- Crafting and conveying impactful messages that tell a holistic story
