Job Summary
Lead design and blueprinting sessions for SAP S/4 FICO and Group Reporting implementations, acting as solution architect for BPC/GR projects. Conduct detailed analysis with end users and business SMEs to define functional requirements and suggest optimal solutions. Coordinate development efforts to determine project scope, prepare system blueprint documentation, and develop training materials. Design complex reports using Fiori apps and SAP BPC 10.1 on NetWeaver, ensuring quality delivery of solution deployment. Manage stakeholder interests while navigating conflicting priorities in a culturally diverse global organization. Requires 10+ years of experience in consolidation, GAAP/IFRS, and SAP technologies. Morning shift with hybrid setup (3x onsite).
Required Qualifications
- more than 10 years of experience
- Experience in modeling development and implementing consolidation on applications with experience of at least 2 full life cycle consolidation implementations
- Responsible for quality delivery of solution implementation, deployment analysis and study of functional/technical feasibility of user requirements in SAP S/4 FICO and Group Reporting areas
- Technical knowledge on Group Reporting 1809/1909/2020 with end to end consolidation process understanding
- Experience in building and designing complex reports using the Fiori app
- Well versed in working with GAAP and IFRS, Intercompany accounting and consolidation and reporting
- Experience in SAP BPC 10.1 on NetWeaver or higher version
- Lead design and blueprinting sessions and act as a solution architect for BPC/GR implementations
- Work as part of a project team to coordinate development and determine project scope and limitations
- Conduct detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMEs
- Defines functional business requirements
- Suggests options and recommendation solutions to key business users
- Preparing system blueprint documentation
- Development of training material, configuration and process documentation and organization of training courses
- CA/ICWA(Preferable) or MBA from good institute
- Group Reporting knowledge is must
- Demonstrated 4+ years total experience in configuring SAP BW and BPC
- Good insights with SAP technology platform (HANA, NetWeaver)
- Functional expertise in Consolidation
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple Projects
- A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization
- Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Fluent English speaking
Desired Qualifications
- Reporting in Analysis for office and SAC reporting will be a bonus
- SAP FI experience is a bonus
