Job Summary
Lead SAP Group Reporting initiatives by configuring the reporting system, setting up GR master data, and managing data releases, collection, and consolidation rules for net income, reclassifications, and currency translations. Drive end-to-end delivery of small to mid-size projects, including analysis, design of BBP and functional specifications, coordination with ABAP teams, and testing of enhancements. Manage teams of 5-10 FTEs while mentoring staff on IFRS/GAAP standards, BPC planning, and complex B4HANA objects like CDS views and ADSOs. Generate consolidated financial statements using Fiori reporting and develop advanced formulas in SAP SAC. Requires morning shift, hybrid setup, and SAP GR certification.
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience of team handling (5-10 FTE)
- End to end delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects
- Knowledge on WRICEF objects
- Knowledge or hands-on experience on SAP S/4 and Fiori Apps
- Practical Experience of IFRS and GAAP accounting standards and requirements
- Experience with SAP BW
- Experience with Fiori
- Experience with Analysis for Office
- Experience with HANA Studio
- BPC Planning / Consolidation
- US Eliminations and IC Eliminations (ICMR) for Legal Consolidation Process
- B4HANA Objects including Analytic Views
- B4HANA Objects including CDS Views
- B4HANA Objects including ADSOs
- B4HANA Objects including Transformations
- B4HANA Objects including DTPs
- Graduate / Post-Graduate / CA / ICWA
- Ability to independently configure Group reporting system

- Ability to develop both Planning and Analytical Models in SAC
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge on any process modelling tool is preferred e.g., ARIS, Visio etc.
- SAP GR Certification is preferred
