Job Summary
Lead SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) compliance management, BP screening, legal controls, and product classification for a greenfield SAP RISE transformation on S4HANA 1709. Manage customs imports and exports, including declaration filing via self or broker interfaces, duty calculations, and country-specific processes. Oversee Intrastat filings, EU bonded warehouses, and special customs procedures across multiple regions including the US, China, and EU. Utilize SAP Activate methodology, Cloud ALM, and SAP Signavio to execute fit-to-standard workshops and deliver functional scope items within a 66-week timeline. Support a Canadian multinational toy and entertainment company with global offices spanning Australia, Canada, China, and over 20 other international locations.

- Enterprise Management Layer (EML) solution knowledge

- GTS Compliance Management BP Screening for SPL, Legal control (licensee checks) and Embargo Product classification (HTS, Control Class etc.) SO, OBD, PO, IBD
- Compliance checks for SPL, licensee checks and Embargo
- Upload of Data from Data provider (SPL, HTS, Duty rates etc.)
- Customs Management Imports Management
- Import declarations and necessary declarations filing (Self or Broker interface)
