SAP Functional Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants while overseeing end-to-end SAP projects from requirements gathering to deployment across modules like Taxation, revenue management, and Case Management. Provide guidance on system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Act as the primary contact for SAP escalations, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define system requirements, develop roadmaps, and align strategies with technology goals. Facilitate user training and knowledge transfer to ensure effective system adoption. Hybrid schedule: one remote day and four on-site days, with Fridays and Saturdays off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience working with SAP systems
- 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Strong experience with SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, TRM, FICA and Case Management, and other related modules
- Proven track record of successful SAP project management, including full implementations and system upgrades
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives within SAP environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Understanding of Tax Laws and Legislations
- Egyptian Tax law understanding and IFRS
- Hybrid model: One remote working day & four on-site working days
- Two days off: Friday & Saturday
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's degree is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other enterprise systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred
