Job Summary
Analyze current business processes for production planning, scheduling, and quality control. Configure and customize the PP module to optimize production orders, MRP, and shop floor control. Customize the QM module to define inspection plans and manage non-conformances. Ensure seamless integration between PP and QM for data flow. Develop reports to monitor performance and identify quality trends. Provide ongoing support and training to production and quality teams. Participate in project teams for implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom solutions. Document configurations and procedures for knowledge transfer. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PP and QM modules and industry best practices.
