Job Summary
Conduct in-depth testing procedures on SAP FI/CO, MM, and PS modules to validate business process controls, system configurations, and identify gaps. Interact with audit clients to understand SAP configurations, assess risks associated with business processes, and formulate testing procedures. Collaborate with the audit team to analyze audit evidence, prepare work papers, draft observations, and present findings to senior management. Utilize knowledge of ABAP coding and SAP HANA architecture to debug customized programs and identify data sources. Apply experience in designing SAP business configurations to assist in developing recommendations for addressing identified risks and issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with qualifications in accounting and finance such as CA or CPA
- 7+ years of experience as an SAP MM, FI/CO or PS functional consultant
- In-depth understanding of SAP MM, FI/CO or PS modules, related business processes and SAP integrations
- Knowledge of ABAP coding, SAP HANA, and experience in designing SAP business configurations MM, FI/CO or PS modules and overall exposure to other SAP modules
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with auditing and risk management frameworks and methodologies
- Professional certification in SAP MM, FI/CO or PS modules or related field
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field
- Certification such as CIA, CISA, and CFE
