Job Summary
Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream by working with business stakeholders to define process opportunities for Operations Systems. Perform technical and functional problem solving, document business requirements into specification documents, and lead ERP projects to ensure stakeholder alignment on vision, scope, schedule, and budget. Identify and implement continuous business improvement opportunities through standard application configurations while providing knowledge transfer to post go-live support teams. Available and able to travel based on business needs. This onsite role supports the Production, Assembly & Test, and Plant Maintenance organizations within Pratt & Whitney Canada's Digital Technology team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology

- experience in managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations
- 5+ years of SAP configuration experience of the SAP Production Planning module (SAP S4 experience is desired)

- Must complete a criminal background check
- Must obtain any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced Degree
- SAP PP certification (ECC/S4)
- Working knowledge of SAP PM (Plant maintenance) or other modules
- Strong technical experience working in a complex SAP landscape
- Demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated focus on process development and implementation that spans organizational boundaries
- Demonstrated agile mindset
- proven history of helping implement and support scaled agile practices
- Program debugging experience
- BTP/MES experience
