Job Summary
SAP FSM Expert needed to lead full lifecycle SAP Field Service Management projects from blueprint workshops through post-go-live support. You’ll configure SAP FSM solutions tailored to client requirements, collaborate with SAP and presales, and elevate internal SAP FSM expertise. The role emphasizes delivering innovative, sustainable field-service transformations for international brands, mentoring junior consultants, and engaging with clients in English and French (Dutch appreciated). Key skills include SAP FSM implementations, SAP S/4HANA/ECC, PM/CS/SD/MM modules, Proaxia FSM integration, IDoc, ABAP/ABAP OO, Web services, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and strong requirements gathering and consulting capabilities. Based in Diegem with hybrid remote options; office presence required with client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 full SAP FSM implementation project
- 5 to 7 years of experience with SAP S/4Hana or SAP ECC
- Familiar with SAP Modules like PM, CS, SD, MM and/or S/4Hana Service
- Knowledge of the Proaxia FSM Integration
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management and/or SAP CRM being a plus
- Strong communication and soft skills to interact at a high professional level with clients
- Proven consulting skills
- Strong interest in business requirements gathering
- Customer oriented
- Mentor junior profiles
- Solid general IT understanding
- Technical skills: SAP IDoc mechanism; Programming knowledge ABAP, ABAP OO, Web Service, HTML, JavaScript; SAP User-exit, Badi implementation; Relational database and query languages like SQL, Core SQL
