SAP Foreign Trade Consultant

Job Summary
Define, implement, and continuously improve global Foreign Trade IT processes for Order-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay workflows, including Compliance, Export & Import, and Intrastat. Act as the primary interface between business and IT stakeholders to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into standardized process solutions. Drive change management initiatives to support international SAP rollout projects and ensure successful adoption of new processes. Create and maintain process documentation and functional specifications while analyzing regulatory changes and cross-functional dependencies. Serve as the key contact for business users to provide training and coaching on standardized Foreign Trade solutions within a multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
- English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
- Experience leading or contributing to IT implementation projects, ideally in SAP environments
- Several years of experience in SAP consulting or industry environments, preferably within the Consumer Goods or Retail sectors
- Experience with SAP Foreign Trade processes acquired through project delivery and/or operational environments
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Passion for digital transformation and a shared vision of a flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled future supply chain
- Ability and willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly as required
- Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm in achieving business objectives
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in complex environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
